Photoshop Elements 15 - how to redeem redemption code for S/N

I purchased Photoshop Elements 15 & premiere elements 15 at Best Buy. I have an Adobe ID and have the redemption code that came in the box with the install DVD. However, when I follow the directions to redeem the redemption code for a serial number that is required to continue the install of the software the url it sends me to is not valid. How do I redeem this redemption code for a serial number?

I am having the same issue. Purchased from Best Buy but since it is an Adobe url that is not responding it is not a Best Buy issue. Please respond with useful information. The url you are providing is unavailable with a 404 error
