Photoshop Elements 15 Organizer Not Working

I am trying to use photoshop elements version 15 organizer to create a slide show.

When I select any of the menu choices nothing happens.

When I select File, Edit, Find, View, and Help nothing happens.

Selecting Import, Create, or Share also does nothing.  No pulldown is activated.

I can create a slideshow by selecting some pictures and then selecting slideshow from the bottom of the screen.

I cannot change to format of the slideshow because the Create selection does not work.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Elements and Photoshop elements with and without deleting preferences.

I have tried installing the programs on a different hard drive.

I have tried updating my flash player.

I am running on a windows 10 PC with the latest windows updates.

I suppose it's the problem of dropdown menus in the Organizer in Win 10?

Thanks for the tip on turning off the auto hide menu bar in windows 10 and not selecting maximize window.

When I make both changes to my computer Adobe Organizer actually works again.

I guess Adobe never tested their software prior to asking money for it.

Oh and by the way they don't provide support the day after you purchase it even when it has serious software issues.

Time to move on to software that actually works.

You should be able to select thumbnails in Organizer and then click (top right)

Share >> Slideshow

You then select a theme and add music and save as an MP4 file at either 720p or 1080p

Or you can drag jpegs directly into the timeline in Premiere Elements. The default duration is 5 secs per slide.
