I get a message "Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 has stopped working"

    The solution that worked for me since the Lavasoft Ad-aware.dll was the problem, but I didn't have that software on my machine, the Adobe support technician reset my Winsock using the command prompt. Fixed the problem.
