    Hi

    transfered to new Mac Pro

does not work on there adobe should not put it as add on, because does not work all the time, you should be able to download through adobe but they do not want that hassle

the plug in downloads hit or miss my winzip did not recognise tried a free  unzip that worked on old 2014 mac will not work on 2016

You downloaded the Digimarc plugin from here?

    http://payoff.digimarc.com/dgfi-photoshop/updates.html

The one that says Photoshop CS5 and above, 64-bit Mac

You shouldn't need an third party app on a mac as the built in Archive Utility.app extracts zip files just fine.
