Hi,

Apology for the inconvenience caused.

Could you please elaborate your issue? Share screenshot and issue which you are facing

Meanwhile for fresh start you can create a new catalog and start importing your media in smaller batches.

Create a catalog

  1. Launch Elements Organizer while keeping the Shift key pressed to open the Catalog Manager.
  2. In the Catalog Manager dialog, click New to create a catalog. Provide a name for the catalog, and then click OK.
  3. Start Elements Organizer.

Thanks,
Shraddha
