Photoshop elements 17 on a new macbook pro

Hello. I don't seem able to run PSE17 on my new macbook.

OS: BigSur 11.6

Any tips?

Yes: you have to buy the latest version.  That's about it.

Apple killed off support / compatibility for programs that contained 32 bit satuff in them.  

New versions usually come out anytime from early October to mid November- you may want to hold off purchasing till them.

Give it (PSE 2021) a whirl with a free 30 day trial:  download size is typically around 3-4 GB.
