Photoshop Elements 2018 Crashes at Launch
Running Photoshop Elements 2018 and it crashes at launch. This is on a Dell Inspiron Windows 10 (1803) computer, 8GB RAM, Intel Core I5- 8400 CPU and the Dell Backup and Restore application/feature is not installed. Every time when accessing the Organizer the application will crash and the ElementsSmartTag process is consuming 40% to 50% when once it crashes. The application will load, but once this process starts the application crashes. It seems as though several users have seen a similar experience, has anyone been able to get around this issue?
Below is the error that is presented in Event Viewer when the application crashes.
