Photoshop elements 2018 for Mac

I am trying to view the tutorial for Elements,  under the beginner; however, I click the tutorial and it comes up with the screen and function, but 0:00 minutes of play time and a black screen.

Help!  I am trying to learn a bit before I purchase so I can start creating collages for my website.

Thanks Bob,

That is where I was attempting to do the tutorial.  I did try again just now and still getting a blank video.  If I put my cursor on it, the navigation buttons appear but it shows no video (i.e.: 0:00 )
