Photoshop Elements 2018

I've been uploading my photos from my hard drive on my desktop to FB, using Photoshop Elements 2014.  I uploaded Photoshop Elements 2018 and now FB won't allow me to upload a photo.  They talk about URLs and apps.  I'm sorry but I have no idea what they are talking about or where to turn to connect my computer with FB.  Can you give me some direction?

    I think Facebook is making some internal changes. Does this also affect PSE14?

    I don't know, but the problem has emerged once I merged my Photoshop Elements 2014 with my new Photoshop Elements 2018
