Photoshop Elements 2019 issues

I have downloaded Elements 2019 on October 10, 2018.

I upgraded my SSD this past Saturday and since then, PSE 2019 is not responding to LR 6.14.

I am trying to uninstall PSE 2019 and i get an "error message" and then the window freezes. I do not see any error code.

I have read a user's question about PSE 2019 and a redemption code. When I follow that link and enter my serial number, it indicates that it is wrong... but it's not !

Also, the "updates" tab is greyed out in the menu.

Please help, I need PSE to work properly.

    Hello,

    Can you please share a screenshot of the error message that you receive while uninstalling PSE 2019?

    Serial Number and Redemption code are two separate entities. Please refer to this link for more information. Find the serial number of your Elements product

    The 'Updates' option under the 'Help' menu would remain greyed out when no update is available. Whenever an update is made available, the 'Update' option would automatically get enabled (if the system is connected to the Internet).

    Here are screenshots (Wordpad document attached) of when I try uninstalling AND installing again Photoshop Elements 2019.
