Photoshop Elements 2019 slow slideshow creation as video

Generally PSE 2019 seems not to be verry performant. But saving a slideshow as a Video file on disk is terrible. Finally I created a Slideshow with 3 pictures. To store  the show as video took more than 15 minutes. Saving a slideshow with 100 Pictures never comes to an end. All other functions work fine on the same Hardware. What can I do to make it faster?
