Adobe has now released ACR 12 for Photoshop Elements 2020. Next time you launch the editor you should get prompted to updtate.

    Thank you. Just updated and now loading thousands of Canon 90D CR3 Raw files.

    Elements 2019 has been updated to ACR 11.4.  However, there have been some issues that have been found with it.  According to an Adobe staff member, the problem is being worked on.  See the post here.  Once the bug has been fixed, I would expect that an update will be created for 2020.
