Photoshop Elements 2020 on Samsung Galaxy Tab

Can PS Elements be installed on a Samsung Galaxy tablet?  I do basic photo editing in this software and am getting ready to get a new laptop.  I would love to be able to switch to a tablet if possible and have been looking at the Samsung Galaxy tablets.  Does anyone know and/or currently have this setup?  Thanks!

Unfortunately not because those tablets run the Android mobile operating system.

Photoshop Elements is a desktop application which requires a full Windows 10 or macOS desktop operating system.

If you get an iPad, you can run Photoshop on it - full Photoshop, not a cutdown mobile version. Photoshop has been written from scratch by Adobe for the iPad. It does not yet have all the features of the traditional desktop version of Photoshop but Adobe seems to be working hard to try and achieve that.
