Hi,
We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop Elements 2022 on macOS Monterey. Our product team is working on this. Please check: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-elements-discussions/does-photoshop-elements-2022-work-with...
Meanwhile, you can try the steps mentioned below & they might help.
1. Please go to the System Preferences for your Mac, then Security and Privacy, then select the Privacy tab.
2. Then select Accessibility from the list to the left & check if Photoshop Elements is added to the list with a check mark in front of it.
3. If Photoshop Elements is not a part of the list, please add it by unlocking the window first using the lock at the bottom left, then clicking the + icon & navigating to the Applications folder.
4. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop Elements under Full disk access located in the same list as Accessibility.
5. Once done, restart the Mac & check if it helps.
Regards,
Nikunj

That link you posted is pretty much useless- It doesn't even answer the question asked in the post "Does Photoshop Elements 2022 work with macOS Monterey"?
No, it does not work with macOS Monterey. It really is that simple.

Oh please. Other standalone editors update themselves for new OSes. I don't mind spending $100 every 5-6 years for a new PSE program, but two years? My 2020 is 64-bit and could easily be tweaked to run on Monterey. It's just about money for you guys now. You ruined a geat company.

In case if the automatic update fails, Please install the update for E2022 manually from Elements Organizer.
Please refer to release notes for more details around E2022.1 Update: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/release-note/update.html

I have tried this but there is no sign that Elements updated and it still crashes when trying to open organizer or other. The error message that I get is not one Adobe recognizes. This is OS 12.5.1

Same exact OS 12.5.1 & doesn't work for me either. Beyond frustrating.
