Photoshop Elements 2023 Organizer hangs on launch

I am very unhappy with Elements 2023 which I purchased in November.  When I try to launch Organizer, it hangs indefinitely.  I have opened tried numerous suggestions from this forum without success.  I am also unable to find any way to get direct support for this product I purchased.

I would appreciate any advice on how to get answers on this problem because, as it is now, it is useless software. 

Please advise.

Contacted support by phone and preoblem was resolve by repairing the catalog.  Agent was very helpful.

Hello from Sweden, just bought PS Elements 2023 and it crashes on launch (ORganizer that is), error is Visual C++ Assertion failure...  What should I try next ?   I run an HP Pavilion i7 with Win 11 Standard latest updates and everything current.

I get the same problem. Did clean install of Windows 11 and PSE - same thing.

However, I don't know what the schedule may be over the holidays. 

If you would care to give us more details of your problem and what solutions you have tried without success, we may be able to give you some other suggestions.  For example, is this your first version of the program? Has it ever worked? How large is your catalog?  Do you have more than one catalog?  Have you tried launching with the Shift key pressed so you can get into the Catalog Mananager?

J'ai tenté ce type de réparation, j'ai même supprimé le catalogue pour le recréer (avec 180000 médias il faut presque une semaine).
Rien n'y fait, cela bloque tout le temps
Pour moi, c'est un mauvais logiciel. le genre de truc où il faut passer des heures dans la technique au détriment des fonctionnalités
