Photoshop Elements 2025 CD Key

I gave my friend money to  porchese Photoshop Elements 2025 to me  he porchese its through his ID !!

Then he forwarded the key to me to activate it.

I download the Photoshop Elements 2025  and when I entered the redemtion code at Adobe page a messege appears : The code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID.

How to resolve this issue and activate my software ?!

You need to contact Adobe Support.  You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) If you use my link, the chat window should open automatically.
