Photoshop Elements 7 serial number

I have been using my version of Photoshop Elements 7 successfully on Windows 10 for several years. I have just purchased a new computer, also running Windows 10 and the fields for the serial number entry won't accept my serial number as shown on the DVD case. I need the program urgently for my job so need a solution. I do not wish to upgrade as this version does all I need.

PSE serial numbers are 24 digits with the first four being 1057.

If nothing in the packaging looks like that, then if you registered PSE with an AdobeID you should be able to login to Adobe with that ID, click Manage Account, then Products and Plans, then View Your Products, and it'll show all the products wtih their serial numbers next to them.
