My Sony RX100VI raw files will not open in Elements 14 because the Camera Raw version is not 10.5

Advice is to convert files to DNG format

Problem: The only DNG converter available does not support Windows 8.1

I would like to upgrade my Elements to version 2020 because this has the correct version of Camera Raw software and works with Windows 8.1

Problem: This version is no longer available and 2021 and 2022 do not support Windows 8.1

Adobe, what can you do to help me?

I guess I have to ask you why you are still using Windows 8.1 which, in my experience, was one of the worst OS versions put out by Microsoft (second only to Vista).  You have a great camera.  Why not use it to best advantage?  If you insist on sticking with Win 8, perhaps the only advice I can give you is to try to find an online seller for Elements 2020.  But be careful in your purchase decision.  There may be licensing problems with any box you buy from sellers on eBay and other secondary sources.  Make sure you have some guarantee that you are getting an unopened and previously unlicensed box.
