Photoshop Elements does not write and print in Arabic

Greetings

I purchased the program from Microsoft store and the program does not write and print in Arabic what solution

Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 16.0 (20171108.winappstore.114955)  x64

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit

Version: 10 or greater

System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:13, Stepping:4 with MMX, SSE Integer, SSE FP, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AVX, AVX2, HyperThreading

    Photoshop Elements doesn't support Arabic natively. You may want to try a template created originally for different Photoshop version but might work woth Elements too.

    I need this program compatible with the Arabic language "elements2018 ”
