I am able to install Photoshop Elements, but when I try to open the Editor, I get this error: Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application.
Therefore, I am unable to get to the page where you enter your serial number. I tried downloading the 2021 version instead and had no issue. I tried this on both my Mac and PC, which are up to date. I also did this on several browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari) with cleared cookies/cache/history.
I worked with customer support for 1.5 hours with no avail. The AAM update link does not work for me, though other links on the page do. Additionally, the 2019 Photoshop Elements page reroutes you to the 2021 version. (adobe.com/gr_en/downloads/other-downloads.html)
I am wondering if the 2019 version is no longer compatible, given these issues and the fact that I had no problem reaching the serial number page for the 2021 version. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue or getting my subscription updated to a compatible version.
