New MacBook Air, installed Photoshop Elements 2022 Version 20.0 ....... and it won't start. It immediately crashes upon clicking the icon.
Yup I've tried all the rebooting, uninstalling and re-installing.
Anyone?

Dying to know.

Cheers, O.

Your OS is more than likely too new for your version of PSE.  Adobe won't issue any updates for older versions- your version is considered "legacy" software now.

Here is a link to a 7 day free trial of pse 2025:

Thanks. Alas I now get this message:

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

Error: 11
I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I get the same message. Just wasted 20mins chatting to Adobe's chatbot which obviously wasn't a help haha.

Type AGENT in the chat box, no more, no less, Just AGENT

Is there an error message?

If so, what exactly does it say?

Alas no. The icon in the dock barely bounces once and then nothing happens.
