Photoshop Elements: My serial number is not working

Question

I recently reinstaled adobe elements to a different computer and when I put there my serial number it is not working. It either says that serial number is valid or that I am using it already on a different computer - which I do not.

Which version of Photoshop Elements are you using and what is your computer's operating system?
