HI I have an Imac. I run PSE 13 and have done for a couple of years. Today I came in and the PSE would not open. Every time I clicked on it looked like it would open, then shut. The Icon would appear on the task bar, I'd click on it, it would look like it was opening, then it would shut.
I uninstalled it, waited for the download and the same thing happened. This leads me to think it is not the software, but my computer. But I don't know what would make it do this as nothing has changed at my end can anyone help?
