Hi there

I have an old version, no version number on the disk.  I want to download a current version, i do have the serial number but it does not recognise it, any suggustions?

You have to purchase the new version. The serial number for the old version is dedicated to the software on your disk.

So Adobe should not be compensated for new software developement?  That's not how software works.  That's like buying a car 8 years ago, and going to the dealer today demanding a free car becaouse you boguht a car 8 years ago.
