    Hi there,

Sorry for a bad experience with Photoshop 12 as it's crashing while saving files to the external HD, let us help make it right. Would you mind sharing some details about the issue you're facing with Photoshop?

    • Which exact version of Photoshop are you using? (Like 12.0.1)
    • What is your operating system and version? (Like Windows 10)
    • Are you able to save the same set of images on your local drive?

    Thanks,

    Akash

    Moving to Photoshop Elements

    Hi

Have you tried saving the files to another location i.e. your desktop, if your still having issues try resetting PS preferences

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop
