Photshop elements 10 Will not install on my Mac. HELP.

I downloaded both elements and photoshop with no trouble from the Adobe website but when I drag into my applications it tell me that the file needs to be thrown into my trash.

    This is what I see when I try to deploy the program. I am running High Sierra.


    Turn off your internet connection and then try double clicking Install and you should get this:

    then click Open to start the install peocess.

    My mac tells me that "although the app was signed by an identified developer the Certificate has been revoked and cannot be opened" check to see if there is a updated version. But I only have rights to version 10. Adobe please send me a proper certified link!
