photshop elements 12 & premiere 12

Hi . I have been using adobe photoshop elements 12 & adobe premiere 12 for more than two years and now have a problem.

When I open photoshop the application flickers, but it does open. then when I click on any of the dropdown menues I only get a narrow dropdown column that only has the little right pointing arrow and no subjects to select.

I have reinstalled the program and it runs initially but either at a later point reopening it or restarting the computer it reverts back to the same issue.

I do have these programs runing on a laptop computer as well and those programs seem to be ok.

Both lap top and PC are running Windows 10.

    Hi Anwesha.

    I have not had any luck regarding sorting this problem.

    From what you have sent and what I have read there are many others that are having the same issues.

    And it looks like the only solution is to purchase an up to date version.

    That is not really what I should be looking at as I have purchased tutorials and other books to lean how to use and get the best out of my photoshop elements12 and premiere elements 12 software.

    I look forward to more positive help from you technical team.
