I purchase Partical Shop for my Photoshop Elements . I can not seem to find it. Info informed me to go to filters, painter and it should be there but it is not there in Photoshop Elements only in the full size Photoshop, can it still work in the Elements program ?

I found the answer I needed to start using partical shop in Paintshop Pro X9 Ultimate thanks to the knowledge of the wonderful people in the forum, thanks all for your help.
