Does anyone have any idea how I can move my Topaz plugins from Elements 15 to my new Elements 2020?

Have you activated plugins in preferences?

Use the plug-in installer from Topaz.  If you can't find your installer file(s) or serial number, you can retrieve them from your account at Topazlabs.com.
