Possible refund?

Just yesterday I purchased Photoshop Elements 2018, without really knowing anything about it, I bought it DVD installation form from Best Buy, and after realizing it is not the kind of photoshop I actually wanted I am trying to find out if there is a way I could refund it from either going back to Best Buy or somehow refunding it from the website. Any information would be helpful, because I really don't want to feel like I just blew 100 dollars on a software that turned out to be the incorrect one that I wanted, but am now permanently stuck with it.

Only Best Buy can issue you a refund.

Any Adobe product purchased from any seller other than Adobe may only be returned to the seller from which the product was purchased, in accordance with that seller's return policy, if any.
