Premiere & Photoshop Elements won't open (Catalina)

I own Premiere & Photoshop Elements Version 14.  Neither will open now that I upgraded my Mac pro to Catalina OS 10.15.7.  Is there any update or fix for this?

Elements 14 will never work with Catalina or later OS.  You will have to buy a new version of Elements.
