Premiere Elements 2018 Won't Start After Install
The Premiere Editor application won't launch after installing on a new PC. It records an error in the event log and then just hangs. This is a new PC with Windows 10 and a GEFORCE 1080 Graphics cards.
Things I've tried:
- Made sure I had the latest NVIDEA driver
- Installed several older NVIDEA drivers with same results
- Several fresh installs of Premiere Elements
- Installed Premiere Elements 13 and it appears to have same issue
- Reviewed the forums and found one similar post that was resolved but not the same as mine.
The Event log error starts out as:

Exception code: 0xe06d7363
Can anyone help me resolve this? Is thre a way for me to engage Adobe support?
