Preview Problem.

Until recently I was able to preview an image that I was about to print, to ensure it would print as I expect.

1:     I would use Adobe Bridge for the photo then open it in Elements so I could work on it.

2:     I would tell it to print and then when the print dialogue appeared I would use the PDF button to view it before printing (it defaults to Preview anyway).

3:     I click on the PDF button and choose to have a preview and it would give me a preview.

At stage three it now just won't open to let me have that preview.

I use a Mac with os High Sierra and it used to work properly.

Please help.

Thank you.

Further to my previous post, I found that my Mac OS had corrupted so I did an OS Restore and it now seems to work.

Out of interest, are you on High Sierra 10.13 or 10.13.1?

What version of photoshop elements are you using?

From the pdf list you select Open in Preview?

I'm using Photoshop Elements 8.  I know it's a very old version but it DOES work, even in the very latest Mac operating system.

My problem was only with Adobe Bridge CS4.  Again I know it's a very old version but, by going back to the previous Mac OS, from a back up, it's now working.

Your second question, yes I click on the pdf button (in the print dialogue window as shown) and when I click on the pdf button the ONLY choice I have is to open in Preview - which of course doesn't work.
