Printing a signature on large paper in a certain spot

I was trying to add my signature to a photo that I forgot to put it on, without re-printing the whole photo.  I wanted to print the signature along, and run the original photo through the printer, with the hopes of getting the signature in the right place.  Does anyone know if that can be done?  Thanks.
