Printing on 4x6

I bought the adobe elements 2021 and I have problems printing out on 4x6 in the organizer. I notice some other issues with the program and printing. I looked it up and it seems like I am not the only one. Does anyone know if adobe is working on fixing this printing bug issue? I would rather have emailed them but I can't not find any contact information.

Elements 2020 Organizer seems to print 6x4 prints OK. Can you give more details about what you are seeing with printing 6x4 in Elements 2021?

basically I am getting a weird like 1 inch of white space on the bottom and
a quarter inch on one side when I print a full 4x6 borderless and the
weird white space is not showing on the print preview

Adobe is aware of the problem. The workaround is to print using the Editor. I wouldn't hold my breath for a fix. If you wish to add your voice to those who have complained previously, you can use this form.
