Printing Problems - Elements 15

Everything I print has an orange hue and all look horrible.

These are "Print Quality" photos supplied by a professional wedding photographer.

We have uploaded files to a website and had them printed on canvas with correct colours but are trying to print our own for family through Photoshop Elements 15.

Never had this before

The picture files produced and sent to you by the photographer may be in a color space/gamut which your printer does not recognize.

    Introduction to Color Spaces

Have you tried to improve the pictures with tools available to you in PSE? You can even open them in Camera Raw via File>open as and initially work on them there, then open in conventional PSE for additional adjustment.

    Thanks for your comment.

The picture is perfect on screen without any added, unwanted hue and does not need enhancement.

I've toyed with the printer settings to no avail so far.

Are you using ink and paper marketed by the manufacturer of the printer?

What happens when you print from another application?
