Printing stops

I am using elements 14 with a Mac OSX ElCapitan 10.11.6 and an Epson P800 Printer.  When I try to print to Canvas roll, it starts to print

then says it is finished prior to printing anything.

Also, please see if this solution solves your issue:

1. Go to Help menu >> update

2. Make sure to install all the updates.

3. Then go to  Editor 's Edit menu >> Preferences and click on Reset Preference on next launch .

4. After that relaunch your application..
