Problem med Elements Organizer

New Here ,
Jan 10, 2017 Jan 10, 2017

test Elements 15 but it doesn't help. Is there a setting in Elements that I can't find?

Are you able to show the folder in the left panel in 'Folders' (tree) view?

If you right click on the folder, do you get the contextual menu?

Do you get the same contextual menu as shown in my screenshot?

If yes, what happens when you try an option like 'rename'? Do you get a message or what?
