Probleme mit Elemenst Organizer

Guten Tag,
ich habe mir einen neuen PC Windwos 10 64bit gekauft. Da ich mir eigentlich die aktuelle Photoshop Elements Software kaufen will, habe ich zum Testen versucht mein Elements9 von mir gekauft mit Lizenzschlüssel auf den neuen PC zu instalieren
Doch nun mein Problem.
Auf dem neuen PC mit Dirctx12 neuester Version und Graifktreiber Radeon neuestes Update geht nur das Fenster Editor einwandfrei. Sobald ich in den Organizer wechseln möchte zeigt mir die Software an " DirectX konnte nicht instaliert werden". Habe mich schon an den Support vom PC Lieferanten gewendet. DirectX 12 ist instaliert und funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Das gleiche gilt beim Microsoft Support. AMD Grafikkarte hat auch den neuesten Stand. Darum meine Bitte ob Sie mir helfen könnten. Den wenn die Elemnsts 9 Version nicht läuft gehe ich davon aus, die neueste Version wird auch nicht laufen.

The issue with Direct X appears when you try to reinstall old Elements versions. The Direct X version is most probably ok for the latest Elements version;  that's easy to check if you install the trial version. If the organizer works as expected, you won't need to reinstal Elements, you'll simply enter the license key which you'll get after purchasing.

If you insist on installing the old version of PSE on your computer, I think that the solution will be to reinstall the older Direct X versions together with the current one.
