Problems with lines in Panoramas

When I stitch several photos together I get jagged lines in them. What is the problem? I don't see a place to post an example.

That's a common occurrence.

See if merging all the layers into a new top layer works.

Make sure the top layer is selected then Press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E (Shift-Cmd-Option-E mac) to merge all the layers to a new top layer.
