Problems with windows 10 update

I have photoshop element 12 and 15 on my computer. Since last windows 10 update, version 12 doesn't work anymore, and version 15 works only partially. What can I do?

    If 99jon's suggestion doesn't work, try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.

    Quit Elements then try launching the Editor whilst simultaneously holding down the three keys on Windows (Ctrl+Alt+Shift)

    After two or three seconds release the keys and you should see a pop-up to delete the prefs. Click “Yes” to delete the settings.
