Product registration and serial number

I spent over 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting for help, got none, chat was unavailable.

I've tried to register PE 2019, all pages ask for SN but I can't get  a SN until registered.

I've discs for Windows and Mac Os and Redemption Card says SN is on the sleeve its a 9 digit no. not a 24 digit and will not be accepted for activation.

Checked my account and all previous PEs are there but 2019 so can't get SN there.

I'm so steamed at support and ready to toss PE and play with Luminar.

Any help here??

    If you used it before, Billierae, and registered it (as is so strongly recommended) your serial number will be shown on your account on Adobe's web site, just get it from there.

    The 24 digit serial number is usually found on the disk envelope, not on the box. It commences 1057

    I agree! I waited over 30 minutes with no answers then hours later i see a response saying i'll help you but then doesn't respond to help me.

    I have no way of finding my product key after losing it upon moving.  Now im stuck with an expensive disc i cant even use.
