pS 14 creates an album but won't open any albums to add photo to Facebook

I'm running a Lenovo with windows 10, photoshop 14 and Facebook. I unloaded my Amerasian card to PS14 and it added the. Photos with no issue.  I opened a jpeg picture using PS 14 editor and made a a new crop.  Saved the photo and closed the editor. I opened the SHARE section and created a new album. Facebook asked me to verify authorization whic I did. I got the browser page which thanked me for authorizing the connection. I went back to PS 14 and clicked on the existing albums. When I tried the Dropbox, it was surrounded in yellow and would not show any albums.  Trying this from the PS 14 EDITOR also failed with the same yellow lines around the drop down for existing albums. I picked an unedited photo and tried that. same bad result.  I can't send a photo from PS 14 to the album on Facebook.  What's worse is being stuck between two software giants.  If anyone has encountered this before and fixed it, please help.

    Apologies for this inconvenience.

    Request you to please provide the screenshot of this issue which I have quoted above.
