PS Elements 10 install

I'm trying to install PS Elements 10 on another laptop via the dvd disks. The first disk runs and then says to insert disk 2; but the dvd tray won't open. I completed the install w/o disk two, but now am getting error messages (missing dll files) when I boot my computer. How to fix?

    Uninstall and download and install from here:

    Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

    You may need to use the Cleaner Tool:

    I used your method to download PSE but am still getting the error messages when my computer boots (not when I open PSE, which seems to work OK). Here are the missing dll files: CBSCreateVC, CBSProductsInfo, and DAQExp.

    Please ignore my comments in the previous post. My problem with the missing fles did not involve PSE; the problem was caused by Wondershare.
