In my 50th birthday, in 2013, my friends offered me a version of PSE 11. During all this years, I have been too busy with work and didn’t install it. Recently, I found the PSE case and installed it, starting learning how to use, but I want to register the product.
But, I never succeed in doing the registration, although I’ve tried in different occasions. Every time I push the “Product registration” command, on Help menu, and I introduce next my Adobe ID and Password on the dialog box, I always get the same answer, as seen in the print screen bellow: “Could not register your product at this time. Try again later”.
I realize that my product has more than 5 years and it is working well, but I think that I need to register it, to be able to find updates. I suspect that the Adobe Camera Row I get in my PSE is very incomplete and maybe this is because I’m not working with a registered product, I don’t know.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
I tried in Adobe’s site to test if my product’s serial number (both with the serial numbers of PSE editor and Organizer) and also the answer was negative. Maybe it is not in the data base of Adobe’s products, because of being so old, so I would like to present this problem to Adobe. But when I tried to do this through the chat available on the site, I couldn’t get a way to do it.
