PSE 13 will not start

PSE 13 will not start.

I have been using it OK for several years but today it would not start.

I uninstalled it and downloaded and reinstalled it but it still will not start.

Please can you help.

I am running Windows 10.

I got the download link from the Adobe website as per the Tech Note.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to solve installation problems (adobe.com)

You may wish to check out this tool which has been identified for the issue that you report. I have no personal experience with it.

Thank you hatstead for your suggestion and I am sorry to be so long in replying.

I am always cautious about using Cleaner apps because I don't want to risk any damag to Registry entries.

I have been put in touch with Adobe Care Help who have advised me that PSE 13 is no longer supported, so I am going to upgrade to PSE 21.
