PSE 14 Not Stable

Hi everyone, I am looking for some help about PhotoShop Element 14.

on Quick Page the 4 buttons (Adjustments, Effects, Texture and Frames) are not working then Guided Page is pure white screen. Please any help is greatly appreciated.
