If you describe your problem here, you may receive a solution.  As another option, chat is available here:

    Contact Customer Care

If you just want to vent, I can move this discussion to the Lounge Forum (for non-technical issues) for you.

I'll give it a try but so far I've gotten no response when I tried to post earlier and then learned phone support isn't available. That's when I got snarky.  When using PSE 14 every time I try to print an image I'm working on, the program stops working and closes. I had installed it using the disk so I uninstalled it and installed it again then, when the problem continued, I installed it using the internet to download it thinking perhaps the disk was corrupted. Same problem. I've run troubleshooting programs  with no obvious issues detected and had Geek Squad take a look while my laptop was still under warranty. Nothing changed. I have a Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 installed (64 bit, 6 gigs of RAM), use an Epson 1400 medium format photo printer and a 420 all in one.

Is there an update available for your PSE14?

Also, try updating your printer driver directly from the manfacturer's website.

Is Windows 10 a fresh install or an upgrade from W7?

Did PSE14 ever print OK with this printer in the past?  If so, what is different about the system now?
