PSE 15 Installation Troubles (Win 10)

Hi,

I had PSE 11 and Premiere 11 successfully running on my PC (Win 10, 64 bit edition). Recently I bought PSE 15 (DVD in a box). I uninstalled PSE 11 completely (I left Premiere), installed PSE 15 without any problem.

But as I click on PSE icon program breaks down immediately. I do not see anything, just pop-up window saying that “Windows are searching for reasons of the failure”. If I install the same copy of PSE 15 on a different computer of mine (much older, weaker, but with the same operating system and same antivirus (AVG)) it runs smoothly. Meantime I tried all the hints from Adobe Troubleshoot Installation. I also tried to download from web, install directly in disk C: root directory, on different drive. Unsuccessfully. What is wrong?
