PSE 15 [paid version reverted to trial]

New Here ,
Jan 01, 2017 Jan 01, 2017

I had PSE 11 and months ago upgraded to PSE15 and have been using it constantly with no problems. Tonight when I got on, a page over rode the start page and said that I had to sign in and start the 30 day trial, then buy! I cannot get into the program anymore, I'm not buying it again!

Adobe should support this version of PSE.

Suggest that you work your way through this document and try to initiate a chat session with an agent. If the first one can not help, be persistent and request escalation to a higher level functionary.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Regarding the Sign In Dialog, which you are getting, Can you please confirm if you have signed out from inside the application i.e. Photoshop Elements Editor.

To go inside the application, you can sign in with ID of your purchase and continue forward.

Let us know if issue still persists.

Thanks,
